About Jiepei Zhu
Dr. Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology in our Research division. He joined us from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond where he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and as a fellow at the Johnson Center for Critical Care and Pulmonary Research.
Dr. Zhu earned his medical degree from Hengyang Medical College in Hunan, China, his Master of Science from Jinan University in Guangzhou, China, and his PhD from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Zhu has managed research laboratories, research projects, and mentored and trained laboratory research technicians, fellows, residents, and medical students.
