About Stephen O Vose

Dr. Vose works as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Acute & Perioperative Pain Medicine and is Associate Fellowship Director for the Acute Pain Fellowship Program. In 2016, Dr. Vose founded the UF Health Cancer & Palliative Pain Collaborative, a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with cancer-related pain.

Dr. Vose is a diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and licensed from the Florida Board of Medicine and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Vose is an experienced teacher and was an instructor for our Gator Regional Anesthesia workshops and for the Florida Society of Anesthesiologist Regional Anesthesia workshop. He is a member of the American Board of Anesthesiology, Florida Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Academy of Pain Medicine, the American Society of Regional Anesthesia, and the Cancer Pain Research Consortium. In addition, he works with UF Biomedical Engineering students in the development of novel medical technologies and devices.
