Antoinette J Noel, MBA, RN

As the Quality Officer, Antoinette partners with the Physician Director of Quality and the Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs to co-lead the department’s performance-improvement process. She sets improvement priorities, monitors data-driven patient care outcomes, and ensures that quality-safety goals are measured. Antoinette serves as the primary liaison to UF Health’s clinical, nursing, and administrative units, delivering concise stakeholder reports on safety, effectiveness, efficiency, and patient-centeredness and equity. She oversees the standardization of data collection, validation, and analysis, supports the peer-review process and safety reporting, and collaborates with the Self-Insurance Program, Risk Management, and Patient Experience teams to review events and drive follow-up actions.
