Mary Ann Hoyt,

As human resources generalist II, Mary Ann processes the hires, terminations, and other job actions for faculty and staff. She processes payroll for UF employees which includes approving faculty leave, approving time for OPS and Regional Programs employees, entering time for OPS physicians, and verifying payroll pay lists to ensure employees are paid accurately. Additionally, Mary Ann assists supervisors with the recruitment process for TEAMS employees and works with new hires to gather needed paperwork and initiate background screenings.
