About Stephanie Gore
As the quality and patient safety officer, Stephanie collaborates with the physician director of quality to develop and direct the department’s quality and patient safety programs. With the anesthesia clinicians, she formulates strategies to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, monitor, and sustain quality of care improvements. She serves as a highly visible and energetic champion for the department, partnering with the UF Health quality teams toward shared goals. Stephanie upholds a data driven approach, working closely with IT to continuously identify, develop, and validate data for clinically meaningful departmental metrics.
