About Susana Cruz Beltran

My name is Susana Cruz Beltrán, MD, and I joined the Department of Anesthesiology in July of 2019 as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the pediatric and congenital heart divisions. I came to UF Health from Emory University, where I completed a fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology.

I earned my medical degree from Fundacion Universitaria de Ciencias de la Salud, Hospital de San José in Bogotá, Colombia. Then, I completed my residency in anesthesiology at the University of Texas, where I also completed an internship in general surgery. I have made several contributions to posters and conference presentations.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two golden retrievers.
