As administrative specialist II in the Clinical Operations Office, Tori assists with building and managing the schedules for clinical faculty and OPS physicians to cover 13 annual rotations. She creates and maintains daily clinical activity reporting, tracks and audits faculty call points, and compiles and verifies quarterly faculty call point totals for payroll disbursement. Tori ensures that each clinical faculty member and billing fellow meets their required call points and exercises sound judgment to modify daily clinical and call assignments based on changing resources and needs for the clinical enterprise.
