As administrative specialist II in the Personnel Administration Office, Jenny serves as the faculty recruitment coordinator for the department. She oversees and executes administrative operations crucial to faculty recruitment and retention. Her role encompasses supporting all aspects of recruitment while staying up to date on national trends in anesthesiology to develop competitive recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, she coordinates the onboarding and orientation of faculty and clinical postdoctoral associates. Acting as the primary liaison, Jenny engages with community resources and supports new faculty and their families in transitioning successfully into the community and their new role.
