Lange always goes above and beyond to help her co-residents and takes on challenging clinical situations with a positive attitude. She was an incredible team leader on OB and I was grateful to work with such an uplifting, hard-working, and compassionate co-resident. Dr. Lange is accountable, responsible, and someone I would want to care for my loved ones! I know Dr. Lange also was a total rockstar for her mole team and led them through very difficult situations, making her nomination for resident of the month an easy one!
