Terrie Vasilopoulos, Ph.D., associate professor of anesthesiology and orthopaedic & sports medicine, has been selected to receive a Faculty Enhancement Opportunity (FEO) award.
She will use the FEO funding to attend a series of American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) workshops for the purpose of completing its Medical Education Research Certificate program. The funding will also allow her to attend the 2024 AAMC Learn, Serve, Lead conference, where she will be able to network with other faculty working in medical education as well as present her own work.
“This opportunity will enhance my training and leadership ability in medical education research so that I can best organize activities and plan the strategic goals of the new Division of Education Research and Scholarship,” said Vasilopoulos.
Congratulations, Dr. Vasilopoulos!
