William Mulvoy III, M.D., MPH, MBA, joined us this month as an assistant professor in the Divisions of Critical Care Medicine and Cardiothoracic Anesthesia. He earned his medical degree, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Public Health at Saint George’s University in Grenada. He completed his internal medicine internship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and his anesthesiology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis. After that, he completed fellowships in both critical care medicine and cardiac anesthesiology at The Texas Heart Institute in Houston.
Mulvoy comes to us from Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia, where he was director of the Division of Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Anesthesiology and a clinical associate professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine.
In his spare time, he enjoys CrossFit, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, hiking, and camping.
