Tom Guyton, M.D., rejoined the UF Department of Anesthesiology faculty this month as an assistant professor in the Division of Multispecialty Anesthesiology. Guyton earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his anesthesiology residency here at the University of Florida.
After completing an NIH Training Grant at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Guyton spent several years as an assistant professor of anesthesiology with us at UF. He then joined Medical Anesthesia Group in Memphis, Tennessee, where he worked for 26 years.
In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and any type of watersport.
