Jordan D. Phillips, M.D., joined us in July as an assistant professor in the division of Critical Care Medicine.
Phillips received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and also completed his anesthesiology residency there, where he acted as co-chief resident and received the 2022 John L. Plewes Outstanding Resident Award. He has just completed his Critical Care Medicine fellowship here at the University of Florida.
Phillips came to Gainesville with his wife, who is a labor and delivery nurse at UF Health. His clinical interests include caring for patients with cardiac and respiratory failure, and critically ill patients in the cardiac ICU.
Outside of work, Phillips enjoys golfing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, skiing, and pickleball.
Welcome to the department, Dr. Phillips!
