We are thrilled to announce the results of the 2023 NRMP Match!
We successfully matched with 20 categorical (4-year) residents, including five from the University of Florida College of Medicine. Additionally, we matched with four “reserved for physician” (3-year) residents and one “advanced” physician who will begin training at UF as a CA-1 in July 2024.
All of these doctors come from a broad variety of backgrounds and medical schools and represent great diversity. They were all among our top picks; we only went down to #44 on our rank list.
We are extremely grateful to all the residents, faculty, and administrative staff members who helped organize, facilitate, and conduct interviews and resident selection this year, especially our resident recruitment co-chairs, Matt Frakes, D.O., and Talles Sidronio, M.D., and the Anesthesiology Education Office staff.
