2022 Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine Fellows Join the Department

Six physicians began their Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine Fellowship with us this summer. Please help us welcome them to the team!

Shreya Aggarwal

Shreya Aggarwal, D.O.

Dr. Aggarwal earned her medical degree at the University of North Texas and completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas. During her residency, Dr. Aggarwal was awarded a grant for an O.R. recycling initiative. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, dancing and hiking.


James Fleming

James Fleming, M.D.

Dr. Fleming earned his medical degree and completed his anesthesiology residency here at the University of Florida. He has a great deal of volunteer experience, including as a member of the Resident Wellness Committee and the Program Evaluation committee. In his free time, Dr. Fleming enjoys playing tennis, traveling to national parks and watching documentaries.


Caitlin Gray

Caitlin Gray, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Gray earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed an anesthesiology residency here at the University of Florida. She is a violinist since the age of three and has performed countless solo and ensemble events. In her free time, Dr. Gray enjoys photography, filmmaking and traveling.


Uche Ike

Uche Ike, M.D.

Dr. Ike earned his medical degree from Ross University and completed his anesthesiology residency here at the University of Florida. Before going to medical school, Dr. Ike got his B.S. in nursing and worked as an emergency room nurse for four years. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, weight lifting and volunteering.



Nisarg Patel

Nisarg Patel, D.O.

Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his anesthesiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Patel was actively involved in clinical research during his residency and has been an author on a number of peer-reviewed publications. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, finance and cooking.


Sam Searcy

Sam Searcy, M.D.

Dr. Searcy earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed his anesthesiology residency here at the University of Florida. Dr. Searcy has a passion for community service and has helped organize and coordinate a number of community outreach programs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
