Martin Noguera

Martin Noguera, a Research Administrator II, is a co-host of a new podcast series on mentoring. The series appears on The Research Roundtable, a podcast devoted to creating a culture of responsible conduct of research and research integrity at the University of Florida.

Martin worked on the podcast with host Michelle Leonard, assistant director for education & training programs in UF Research.

The podcast began a series on mentoring in January, which was National Mentoring Month. In episode one, Martin and Michelle discussed undergraduate mentoring and in episode two, they discussed graduate student mentoring.

The podcast is produced by UF Creative Works and a team of people across the UF campus including UF Research, CTSI, the Center for Undergraduate Research, and a group of UF Research Ambassadors. The podcast was made possible by a grant from the Department of Health & Human Services, Office of Research Integrity.
