Three physicians began their Critical Care Medicine Fellowship with us this summer. Please help us welcome them to the team!

Beulah Castor

Beulah Castor, MD

Dr. Castor earned her medical degree from the University of Florida and completed her residency in emergency medicine at Orlando Health. She has participated in research on numerous topics, including healthcare disparities, global health, pulmonary edema in pediatric submersion patients, and type 1 diabetes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, doing art projects, going to the pool, and cooking.


Terrance Creighton

Terrance Creighton, MD

Dr. Creighton earned his medical degree at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in Buffalo, New York, and completed his internship in emergency medicine at Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Creighton has several publications and participated in a wide range of research activities, including on renal cell carcinoma. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors.


Adam Mann

Adam Mann, MD

Dr. Mann earned his medical degree at St. George’s University and attended Florida Atlantic University for general surgery residency. He has participated in a range of research activities and quality improvement oncology review at Florida Atlantic University. He also has several abstracts and publications and has volunteered in India to raise medical awareness. Some of his research has involved assessments of knee function, memory performance, and Fournier’s gangrene in the setting of underlying carcinoma.
