We are pleased to announce Britney Vidal has been awarded a 2019-2020 UF Superior Accomplishment Award for her outstanding work as our department’s Faculty Recruitment Coordinator.
The Superior Accomplishment Awards recognize faculty and staff who have shown efficiency or economy in their work, have contributed outstanding and meritorious service, or who have improved the quality of life provided to students and employees. Each winner is nominated by supervisors, peers, or customers. The award comes with a $200 cash prize, a framed certificate, and a commemorative coffee mug.
Britney won in Division 5, which encompasses the six health colleges, for the Administrative/Supervisory category. She will be considered for university-level awards, which also offer cash prizes, and be recognized at an awards banquet on Friday, March 27.
Britney plays a crucial role in our mission of bringing top-tier talent to our department and demonstrates excellence and professionalism in everything she does, expertly balancing the numerous demands on her time with a consistent willingness to help. She has gone above and beyond in taking on new responsibilities and her work ethic is admired and deeply appreciated by everyone in our department.
