The UF Department of Anesthesiology is joining health-care providers nationwide in recognizing the unique skills of Certified Anesthesiology Assistants (CAAs) during National CAA Week.
As members of our anesthesia care team, our CAAs provide very important assistance to our anesthesiologists in treating patients before and after surgery. CAAs directly contribute to the success of surgical operations by ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
