Michael Franklin, DO, joined us on September 1, 2018, as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia. He comes to us from our own Department of Anesthesiology, where he completed his Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship.
Dr. Franklin earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Anesthesiology residency at LSU Health Shreveport. He has significant volunteer experience and has made numerous contributions to peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and presentations.
