College of Medicine: 2016 Celebration of Research

Congratulations to the Department of Anesthesiology participants in this year’s UF College of Medicine (COM) 2016 Celebration of Research. Every year we come together to celebrate the breadth, quality, and merit of the research landscape within the COM and this year, the event was held at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. With more than 460 research posters, both digital and print. On display, it’s no wonder UF is ranked highly in research. The event took place on Monday, February 22, 2016, where the UF College of Medicine Research Landscapes began a video project displaying innovative ways to convey the power of UF research programs, the excitement of UF faculty, and the beauty of UF’s campus. Samples of the video were on display at the Gate 1 entrance of the O’Connell Center. There were also 21 Informational Booths set up alongside the research posters, ranging from our very own Center for Safety Simulation & Advanced Learning Technology (CSSALT), Center for Smell & Taste, and the Brain Rehabilitation Research Center to name just a few.
