UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital Ranked No. 1 for Congenital Heart Surgery

UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital ranked No. 1 in North America for congenital heart surgery survivals among medium- to high-volume centers in a recent report by the Society of Thoracic Surgeons. The hospital’s survival rate — 99.2% — is above the national average of 97%. This report is based on data collected from 2013 to 2017.
