We are pleased to announce the Department of Anesthesiology poster presentation winners from the 2015 Celebration of Research
These posters were presented on February 9, 2015 at the College of Medicine’s Celebration of Research held in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center. Our Department had two winners:
In the category of Basic Science
Andrew Lampert for his poster entitled ” Prostaglandin E2 EP2 receptor deletion attenuates intracerebral hemorrhage-induced brain injury and improves functional recovery.”
In the category of Clinical Science
Matthew Wright for his poster entitled “Is acute pain medicine ready for Markov? Preliminary testing of sequential postoperative pain intensity transition matrix stabilities.”
Overall the department had 30 posters in the Competition and there were 451 total posters spread across 11 categories.
